At SOOIII, every piece is carefully handmade and packed with love. Since many of our products are handcrafted and made in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, shape, or finish are natural and make each piece unique.
Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong color selection
- Minor handmade variations
- Slight color differences due to screen settings or lighting
- Improper handling after delivery
- Personalized/customized items
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective item
- The wrong product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process the request.
After verification, we may offer:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund (if replacement is unavailable)
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized products
- Sale items
- Gift packaging
- Handmade made-to-order items
