What are SOOIII pieces made of?
All our pendants and earrings are handcrafted from polymer clay. The chains are made from stainless steel, which is tarnish-resistant and skin-friendly. Chord-style necklaces use a soft adjustable cord. Everything is lightweight and comfortable for all-day wear.
Are the pieces waterproof?
We recommend keeping your jewelry away from water, sweat, and perfume. While the clay itself holds up well, prolonged exposure to water can affect the finish and hardware over time. Take your piece off before bathing, swimming, or working out for best results.
How do I care for my SOOIII jewelry?
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid dropping or bending the pendant as clay can chip under strong impact. With basic care, your piece will last a long time.
Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
Because every piece is made by hand, there may be very slight variations in pattern, texture, or color compared to the photo. The overall design, color palette, and size will always match. Minor differences are not considered defects.
What size are the pendants?
Most pendants are approximately 2–3 cm in size. Chain length is 45 cm with a 5 cm extender. Chord necklaces are fully adjustable. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across India. All payments go through a secure checkout.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes! COD is available across India. Select Cash on Delivery at checkout and ensure someone is available at the address to receive and pay for the order.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Reach out to us on Instagram @sooiii.co or email us as soon as possible.
Do you offer customization or personalized pieces?
We occasionally take custom orders. DM us on Instagram @sooiii.co with your idea. Custom pieces are non-returnable, require full payment upfront, and have a lead time of 7–10 days.
--- SHIPPING & DELIVERY ---
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery after shipping: North India — 5 to 10 business days. Rest of India — 8 to 12 business days.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship to all pin codes across India including Tier 2, Tier 3 cities and rural areas.
How will I get my tracking details?
Tracking details are sent to your registered email and WhatsApp once your order ships. Contact us if you haven't received them within 7 business days.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping on all orders above ₹1000. A small shipping fee applies for orders below ₹1000, calculated at checkout.
--- RETURNS & REFUNDS ---
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and an unboxing video (mandatory). We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund after verification.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong color selection, or minor handmade variations. Please read the product description carefully before ordering.
Are earrings returnable?
Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
